AQA A Level in 3D Art and Design


3D Art and Design is a practical subject where learners explore through a range of different techniques creative thinking. The subject is an AQA A level which allows students to focus on a range of design areas from Product Design, Jewellery making, exhibition design, environmental design, interior design and environmental and architectural design. They are required to investigate then develop a portfolio of work to show skills and ideas.


You will need 5 A*-C GCSEs to enter the Sixth Form. A GCSE at grade C or above in a Design Technology or an art-related subject is advisable, in addition to Maths at grade four or above and English at grade four or above.


This is a two year A Level course.
