    We require a Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and highly respected Individual Learning Department to start on 1st September 2017. The role will primarily be based in our specialist Falcon Centre and will focus on behaviour support and interventions. The aim of this centre is to support the individual needs of students unable to access many lessons due to emotional, behavioural and social difficulties, many of whom follow a personalised timetable. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a good general education and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to offer creative or practical activities to small groups is desirable eg PE, DT, art. Previous experience of positively engaging students is essential.

  • Science Teacher (MPS/UPS)

    Starting 1st September 2017, we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Pastoral Team who has a passion for supporting young people. The successful applicant will be skilled and experienced in working with young people and have excellent interpersonal skills. The role involves working with students to raise achievement and remove barriers to learning, working in close partnership with the Head of Year and liaising with school staff, parents and external agencies. First Aid is part of this role; full training will be given, if required.
