  • HR Manager

    PART TIME, FIXED TERM CONTRACT (until 31/12/2017 in the first instance) 20 – 30 hours per week, term time only including inset days

    We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and organised HR Manager with a high level of professionalism to provide advice and guidance to Governors, Senior Leadership and staff. The role of the HR Manager is focused on maintaining and developing a highly commercial HR service that supports the school and the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire generalist remit to include, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, performance management, reward and recognition and all business changes. It is a very fast-paced ever-changing operational HR role. The HR manager has line management responsibility for the HR Administrator and a team of three additional administrators.

  • Handyperson/Lettings Supervisor

    Full time, Permanent Contract - Grade C - 2.00 pm – 10.00pm Monday – Friday £15,771 to £17,535 (this includes a 10% shift premium)

    We are seeking a highly motivated person with good practical skills to join our Site Team as soon as possible. The role involves ensuring the smooth running of the site facilities under the direction of the Site Manager. Main duties will include the maintenance of the school buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings and the security of the school premises out of school hours, dealing with maintenance-related issues that may arise during the course of lettings and activities taking place on the school site. Some flexibility regarding shift patterns to cover staff absence may be needed on occasion.
